We usually reply within two business days. Office hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 Korea Standard Time (KST).
What we can help with
- Corrections: if a date, amount or rule on our site is out of date, please send the page link and the official source. We fix confirmed errors quickly.
- Suggestions: programs, countries or topics you would like us to cover.
- Partnerships: universities, startup centers and communities that want to share our guides with founders.
What we cannot help with
We are not a government agency and we do not provide legal, tax or immigration advice, and we do not handle visa or program applications. For your own case, please contact the official office listed in each guide, such as the Korean embassy in your country or the Global Start-up Immigration Center (OASIS).
