1. What is this project?

The ‘2026 Advanced Bio Convergence Talent Development Project’ (2026년 첨단바이오 융합인재 양성사업), organized by the Korea Health Industry Development Institute, provides considerable support for domestic biohealth companies. If these companies directly hire doctoral researchers with expertise in artificial intelligence (AI) and big data, they can receive up to 150 million won annually in government funding for a maximum of two years. The project aims to select up to 25 projects to assist in advancing advanced bio-industry technology and securing talents.
